As someone looking for a bit more shape, I can say that patience definitely pays off. I did not see much change during the first month, but around month four I realized my blouses were sitting much better across my chest. It is a gradual process and you have to stay consistent. I am giving four stars simply because it took a bit longer than I initially hoped to notice the changes, but I am very happy with where things are now.
