So far I have only recently begun this regimen after a LONG period of research and comparison of other products. Thus far my experience is pleasant, no foul smell or taste. Easy to go down. And a huge plus, no nausea! No change in breasts yet, too soon to tell, and not expecting dramatic results, but hoping for the best! Will be continuing (:
