This Agreement is between Bust Bunny and you (“you” or “Customer”). This section sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Bust Bunny Sites (defined below) and any products or services offered for sale by Bust Bunny and its affiliates (collectively, “Bust Bunny”). The right to use any product or service offered by Bust Bunny is personal to you and is not transferable. Bust Bunny reserves the right to change the Bust Bunny Sites, policies, and these Terms at any time without notice.
The Bust Bunny Sites may contain links to other websites, advertisers and partners. Bust Bunny is not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of those third party sites and does not endorse them. You access third party sites at your own risk and should direct any complaints to the operator of that site.
Bust Bunny does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any content on the Bust Bunny Sites. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bust Bunny and its affiliates, officers and employees disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Bust Bunny Sites. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bust Bunny, its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Bust Bunny Sites or your breach of these Terms.
Our discreet USPS Ground Advantage shipping takes from 5 to 8 business days within the continental United States. For international orders, we ship via FedEx and their global partners. International shipments take 2–7 business days from day of shipment unless customs causes a delay for some reason. If you have not received your order within 8 days from your purchase date, please contact our online customer care to request a reshipment of your order. If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout you must contact us before 9:00 AM Pacific Time on the next business day after placing your order to correct it (next business day excludes weekends and U.S. holidays).
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you contact us after that cutoff and the package is lost, returned, or undeliverable due to an address error you provided, we are not responsible and a refund will not be issued. If we must reship your package because of an address error, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge equal to your original order. To check the status of your order, update your mailing address, or request reshipment, please contact [email protected].
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer refusal to accept delivery, or customs rejection, the 100 Day Return Policy does not apply and no refund will be issued. Any additional shipping fees for re‑shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or VAT incurred, and original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is lost, undeliverable, or returned due to address errors, the buyer is responsible for the full order amount, including the product price and shipping fees, unless the package is returned to us unopened and in resellable condition.
Distributor will not sell any product on eBay, Amazon, any of their affiliate’s websites or any other auction website or online marketplace. Prices do not include and are net of any foreign or domestic governmental taxes or charges of any kind that may be applicable to the sale, licensing, marketing or distribution of the products. Distributor understands and acknowledges that all sales are final and that they are not entitled to return any product for a refund. will not be responsible for any delays or lack of delivery due to customs clearance issues.
If customs rejects or returns the product, no refund will be issued.
Customers who purchase 2-day shipping are subject to a full refund on shipping if the package arrives 3+ business days after the original purchase date, except on U.S. Holidays where 4+ business days is deemed late and marked as fully refundable.
Once an order has been submitted your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order. Bust Bunny is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
No refunds will be provided if a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, customer refusal to accept delivery, or rejection by customs. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or VAT incurred, and original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS or FedEx). You can start the process for USPS here or for FedEx here. Once your claim is filed, please share the case reference number with us for documentation. Bust Bunny is not liable for packages marked as delivered. If your claim is approved by the carrier, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees and other duties. As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, National or local laws regulating importation of products that you may purchase. If an order sent by us to you is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, this website and its affiliates are not to be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. If importation problems occur. In some Countries Supplements are restricted for import to a 90 day supply and must be for your own personal use. *Losses incurred due to exceeding your Countries limitations will not be refunded. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied. You may return sealed, unopened bottles purchased from us for any reason within 100 days of purchase. To request a refund you must contact support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide your order information and reason for return; returns sent without an RMA will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or VAT; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds cover the product purchase price only and will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned sealed bottles (allow 7–10 business days for processing). Opened or used bottles are not eligible for a refund.
